Glycerine 125ml


Add Glycerine to your wine to give it more body and mouth-feel.  Glycerine also helps remove some of the harsh characteristics in most younger wines. Glycerine is a natural by-product of fermentation. It is a colorless| odorless| viscous syrup that has little noticeable flavor except for a slight sweetness.  Glycerine can also be used in cordials to enhance their body.

DIRECTIONS: Ensure that your wine is clear and removed from any sediment and ready to bottle. Add the Glycerine directly to the wine. Stir the wine thoroughly to evenly disperse the Glycerine.  For a 23 liter batch of wine| start by adding around 60 ml (a little less than half this bottle).  Stir it well and taste to see if more is needed or not.  Remember that you can always add more but you can’t remove it after it has been added so add extra in very small amounts.
